In recent years, there is increasing concern about the potential hazards caused by climate change, which includes risks to hydropower facilities. Under the theme of Measures to Enhance the Climate Resilience of Hydropower, this Annex will investigate specific measures for hydropower owners and operators to manage these risks, particularly related to extreme flood events and sedimentation.
